Workshops

I periodically hold group workshops of 4 or more participants with my co-pilot Aaron Kerehoma who is a certified Maori healer, counselor and personal fitness educator. These workshops are typically 3-4 hours long, involving activities and discussions related to an area of wellness or overall flourishing. In the past, I have held groups that explore ways to improve self care, navigating challenges in your career or workplace, and ways to develop better communication. Afternoon tea is provided.
